Terms of Service
Effective June 9, 2026. These terms apply to purchases and downloads made through Syck Interactive.
License You Receive
Unless a separate written reseller or commercial license is granted by Syck Interactive, every purchase grants one personal, non-transferable license to use the product in your own Roblox project or internal development work.
No Resale Or Redistribution
Personal licenses do not allow resale, redistribution, leaking, uploading, sharing, sublicensing, repackaging, giving away, or including the product in another marketplace item, bundle, Discord server, website, drive folder, or paid/free asset pack.
Reseller Licenses
Resale rights require a separate written reseller license from Syck Interactive before any resale or redistribution happens. A reseller license may include custom limits, attribution rules, permitted storefronts, pricing rules, and revocation terms.
Fingerprinting And Access Controls
Downloads, license receipts, purchase records, account IDs, and product IDs may include license fingerprints. These records help identify leaks, unauthorized redistribution, and resale without permission.
Violations
If Syck Interactive determines that a buyer resold, redistributed, leaked, shared, sublicensed, or otherwise misused a product, Syck Interactive may revoke downloads, deny updates, ban the account, reject future purchases, contact payment providers, and submit platform takedown requests.
Refunds
Digital products are delivered electronically. Refunds are not guaranteed, especially where a license violation, redistribution, chargeback abuse, or fraudulent payment is suspected.
